This service includes both the reparation and the reconditioning service in order to bring new life to your worn Artknit pieces. It’s entirely carried out by our makers Eugenia and Cristina in their workshop in Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
HOW DOES IT WORK
You send in the Artknit pieces that need a fix and a recondition, our makers repair them, wash them, remove the pilling and steam them and we send them back to you as good as new.
- Small holes / Moth-eaten pieces
- Unstitched seams
- Misshapen pieces
- Pieces that have lost their original softness
For parcels in Italy, you will have to pack your pieces safely in a box and write on it the sender’s and receiver’s address that we’re going to disclose to you after you’ve selected this service. At checkout, insert the pick-up address you want the courier to come.
For European shipments, after you’ve chosen this service, we’re going to send you a shipping label to stick on the box that you will have to bring to your closest UPS Access Point. At checkout, insert the return address you want your pieces to come back to.
From the moment you send the parcel in, it will take up to 15-20 days to receive it repaired.
The two-way shipping is included in the product price.
