RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a size exchange or return within 14 days of delivery. Within the EU, size exchanges are free, while returns have a handling fee of €4.95, which will be deducted from the refund. Outside the EU, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returns and exchanges made in our stores are always free of charge.
We accept returns on all items, including made-to-order pieces and Imperfect items, but not on personalized products with embroidery. Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.
We encourage you to shop consciously, as returns generate additional transportation, increasing CO₂ emissions and resource consumption. Thoughtful purchasing helps reduce waste and promotes a more responsible way of consuming.
How to Make a Return
Fill out the return form within 14 days of delivery and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with return guidelines. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method, which may take up to 7 calendar days.
Refunds
Returns of items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded to the same Gift Card.
If you paid with Scalapay, partial refunds will be deducted from the remaining installments. If returning the entire order, future installments will be canceled, and the first installment will be refunded.
Customs duties and VAT are non-refundable for returns outside the EU.
How to Request a Size Exchange
You can exchange your item for a different size free of charge by filling out the exchange form and selecting the size change option. Once we receive your return, we will send you the new item.To exchange a product for a different color or model, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at hello@artknit-studios.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement.

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us as soon as possible to receive a free change and to send the damaged item back to us.

If the refund is requested for the whole order, the second and last installments will be canceled and the first installment's value will be refunded on the original payment method.
