Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and offer you a solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
While ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces are eligible for a return, we cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or gift cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges are only possible for orders within the EU and you must fill in the form, choosing the new size and/or colour. It is not possible to change articles. For orders outside EU, to ensure you get what you want is necessary to purchase a new item after filling out the form to return the item you received.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

For NON-UE country we refund the total amount of the order excluding customs duty and VAT

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Gift Cards
You may not cancel, return or exchange Gift Cards for cash, except as provided by your legal rights.

Returned items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded with the Gift Card's credit. If the cost is split between the Gift Card and another payment method, we will refund the same amount using the respective methods.
