The Repair Program
There are two ways to have your knit repaired.
For major issues, you ask for a consultation with our makers that will find the best solution and recondition your knit.
For minor issues, you can get the do-it-yourself repair kit and watch our video tutorials to have everything you need to repair a button, a loose thread or a small hole.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERY
Customize our scarves and blankets to create a unique and personal accessory with embroidered initials. Choose the text and the thread color on the page of the product you wish to customize, or come visit us in our stores.

MADE-TO-MEASURE RECASHMERE
We’re waiting for you at our stores in Milan and Rome, where you can commission your made-to-measure ReCashmere piece. We will carefully take your measurements and send them to our artisans to ensure a perfect fit. Within 15 days, you can pick up your piece in-store or have it conveniently delivered to your home.

If you don't know what to give as a gift, in addition to our digital gift cards you can choose a physical gift card, available in store with different amounts to choose from. The card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
COME VISIT US
ARTKNIT STORE – MILANO CADORNA
CLEAN & CARE
Bring us the Artknit pieces you want to wash or recondition in our Milan store. We will make them as good as new and you can come and pick them up after 10 to 14 days directly in the store.
