Artknit Club is our new Loyalty & Referral Program — a way to thank and engage our community.It celebrates those who share our values of craftsmanship, transparency, and timeless design

Membership is free and open to everyone.You can sign up or log in directly here and enter your name, email, and password

Members receive reward points for each purchase or engagement with the brand, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. Each action brings you closer to exclusive benefits and experiences. You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page here

The program is structured across three tiers:

• Bronze
• Silver
• Gold

Each tier unlocks increasing benefits. Your tier is automatically determined by your total spend over the past 12 months.

If you move directly from the Bronze tier to the Gold tier, you will receive only the points for entering the Gold tier, and you will skip the points for entering the Silver tier.

If you’ve shopped with us before, you’re already part of Artknit Club. You’ll be automatically placed in the tier that reflects your purchase history over the past 12 months.

Please note that orders placed before the program launch do not generate points.

You can collect points by:

• Shopping on the Artknit Studios website and in our stores in Milan, Rome, Paris, and Biella. You earn 1 point for every €1 you spend, with point multipliers that increase depending on your tier level.
• Completing engagement actions (such as subscribing to our newsletter, leaving reviews, following us on social media, and more).
• When you join the Artknit Club, you’ll earn 50 welcome points.These points will be added to your account after you complete your first purchase following registration.
  
  

If your birthday falls within 30 days from the date you added your birthday information, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days.

Points allow you to:

• Redeem exclusive rewards
• Move up to higher membership tiers
• Access special experiences (coming in the next program phase)

You can redeem your points for rewards as follows:

• 300 points (€15 reward) — minimum spend €100
• 600 points (€30 reward) — minimum spend €150
• 1,000 points (€50 reward) — minimum spend €200
• 2,000 points (€100 reward) — minimum spend €300

Refer a friend and share the Artknit experience:

• Your friend receives €15 off their first purchase when they spend at least €150.
• You receive €15 (in points) for each eligible referral as a thank-you for sharing Artknit with them.

Yes, our Loyalty Program is available both online and in-store.

No, Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other coupons or applied to items from the Imperfect Selection and Archive Selection, as these are already offered at a reduced price.

Yes, points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
