THE GUIDE TO OUR KNITTING STITCHES

Do you know the difference between a plain, ribbed, or interlock knit?

Take a look at our guide to learn more about the different textures in our selection.

PLAIN KNIT

The basis of each knit is the plain knit: lightweight, without any particular texture or thickness, which has a face side with the characteristic “V” pattern and a back side with a wave-like texture. With this stitch we create the most essential pieces, perfect for any occasion.

RIB KNIT

Ribs are created by alternating face and back loops, resulting in tight ribs, which make the knit more compact and elastic, or wider ribs, which create a delicate striped texture. It is a perfect knit stitch to wear every day and gives pieces a refined touch.

INTERLOCK KNIT

A smooth and uniform-looking knit stitch with a dense workmanship that makes it similar to woven fabrics. Knit-stitch pieces are durable jackets and overshirts with a finished, sophisticated look.

DOUBLE JERSEY KNIT

A knit similar to plain knit, but characterized by a much more compact structure that makes it stretch, comfortable, and perfect for more formal occasions too.

SEED
STITCH

A workmanship characterized by a raised texture to achieve the Piqué effect of classic sportswear.

OPENWORK KNIT

An openwork stitch that adds a touch of freshness and a crochet effect to our latest men's pieces, perfect for sunny days.
