Naturally dyed with Juniper berries

The colors of our Botanichrome capsule are obtained from plant dyes: leaves, berries, and roots that give soft shades to our certified 100% Merino Wool yarn, a strong and fine material with a silky feel to the touch which fibers measure 19.5 microns in thickness.

Being found in nature, these dyes come from completely renewable sources, they are not toxic to the environment and gentle on your skin.

This piece was dyed with Juniper a small perennial tree or shrub widespread in the northern hemisphere, with needle-like leaves emitting a resinous fragrance. Its berries, called "cuddles," boast numerous medicinal and dyeing properties, imparting delicate beige and ecru shades to the yarn.
