We always offer free returns in Europe.
In case of a return, the pick-up of the parcel is free and the refund will correspond to the value of the goods, but won't cover the shipping costs of the purchase.
In case of an exchange, the pick-up of the parcel is free and you will have to place another order to receive the piece you want.
For orders outside Europe, the shipping cost of the return will be charged to the customer and we'll only refund the value of the goods, excluding customs duties and VAT.

Returned items purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded onto the original Gift Card.
Please do keep hold of your Gift Card until you are sure that you are happy with your order.
If the cost is split between the Gift Card and another payment method, we will refund the same amount on the respective methods.
Partial refunds are made by deducting the value from the second and last installments.
If the refund is requested for the whole order, the second and last installments will be canceled and the first installment's value will be refunded on the original payment method.
