We source only natural materials and we work only with Italian manufacturers to reduce distances and CO2 emissions. Every decision we take is made to improve the world around us.

At Artknit, sustainability is a means of growth and our respect for the Planet influences the way we design and produce.

We carefully screen our manufacturers to ensure all of our products are made according to our strict sustainable standards.

Bypassing all middlemen and intermediaries, we reduce drastically our CO2 emissions along our supply chain. All our products are shipped straight form our makers at an end-price way below traditional retail - for you and for the planet.

We offer you high-quality products that last for life. We’ve disregarded seasonal collections, focusing only on the creation of elevated products at the least environmental impact.

LOCAL SOURCING FROM CERTIFIED MILLS

Our yarns come from natural resources with a low impact for the environment and they're spun by certified mills in the heart of the Italian wool valley, Biella, at zero miles from our central office.

WE ONLY USE NATURAL FIBRES

We decided to use only natural and upcycled fibers: plant or animal-based fibers that are rapidly renewable and have a potential for circularity.

Up to 75% of the sustainability impact of the fashion industry happens at the raw materials stage - before the clothes have actually been made.

Fibres' selection also affects how you’re gonna wash the garment, and potentially recycle it one day - both important factors to consider when it comes to environmental impact.
