The Repair Program
There are two ways to have your knit repaired.
For major issues, you ask for a consultation with our makers that will find the best solution and recondition your knit.For minor issues, you can get the do-it-yourself repair kit and watch our video tutorials to have everything you need to repair a button, a loose thread or a small hole.
Book an online appointment
In case you should have any doubts on sizes, colors, materials or anything else...You can ask for a 30-minute remote call with our team. We’ll be happy to give you the best advice to find the perfect fit for you!
Made to measure
Exclusively in our store in Milan, you will be able to live the experience of creating a custom-made garment with the help of our experts.
You can choose the piece you want to create from the available styles, and our specialized staff will carefully take your measurements to send them to our artisans who will craft a knit that perfectly fits your body.
